Early Booking Essential - Limited Stands available!


Registration is FREE, you only pay for your stand booking when your stand application is approved and you receive your official ISBC invoice.


Please take note of the following



  1. Your Stand Booking is subject to the approval of your Stand Application Registration, please complete all fields in full.
  2. Notification of your booking status will be sent via email to the email address provided
  3. Should your Stand Application Registration be successful, your booking will be confirmed after stand fees are received as per your official ISBC Invoice.
  4. Show times 9h00 - 16h00 / we request that no exhibitor packs up before closing time please.
  5. 1 x Trestle table and 2 x chairs will be supplied to each Exhibitor, please bring your own table cloth and stand decor items. We will be presenting ‘the best dressed stand award' at 15h30 on show day ...... so make sure your stand is EYE CATCHING.
  6. The Cost per stand for ISBC members will be R150 per day, R350 per day for non-members.
  7. Stand positions will be allocated on a first come, first served basis, so please book and pay early!
  8. Exhibitors are encouraged to set up their stands on Friday afternoon 24th April between 15h00 and 17h00.
  9. Each stand will be allocated 2 x exhibitor wrist bands which will give you access to the Fair.
  10. A conference facility will be available should any exhibitor want to deliver a talk on a topic of their choice, please book this facility with the organisers. 
  11. Should you require power at your stand there will be an additional cost of R50, please indicate this above.
  12. R10 entrance fee for visitors, members of the public, children under 12 free. There will be a jumping castle with supervision and face painting for our precious little people.
  13. Please no food or drinks to be sold on site. Only sealed foodstuffs such as biscuits etc. that are to be eaten off site will be allowed.
  14. There is an onsite Coffee Shop, Kiosk and Bar that will be in operation for the duration of the FAIR, and we urge you to support these vendors. Exhibitors are however welcome to bring their own refreshments and snacks for their own consumption at their stands.
  15. Various lucky draw prizes to be won - should you be able to donate a prize please chat to the Organisers, it would be much appreciated.
  16. Safe Parking on site will be provided, also a car guard on duty
  17. The Organisers will be marketing the event with outside banners, on radio and social media. Please can you as exhibitors also share this NEW LOCAL BIZ FAIR on your social media channels.

The Local Biz Fair Stand holder hereby indemnifies Ibhayi Small Business Chamber from and against any claims, costs, damages, penalties or expenses, suffered or incurred by the Local Biz Stand holder as a result of the Local Biz Fair Event organised by the Ibhayi Small Business Chamber.
