Come Reconnect through movement, joy and fun!! 

On Sunday, the 1st November 2020, we will be hosting our first reconnection event! 

What is this you ask? Well, it’s an afternoon of yoga, crafts and a secret sunset dance! 

TIME

Arrive between 15:00- 15:20

Yoga Flow (with Ceilidhe Speirs) 15:30- 16:30 

Beading and Bants 16:45- 17:45

Secret Sunset Dance (social disDANCing) 18:00- 19:00

Come wearing comfortable clothing, suitable for yoga and your fun- loving, amazing self!!
