Josh Ansley - Debut Solo Album in Concert!

This album is literally a piece of my heart. My songs are about personal experience in love, grief and my observations and sentiments regarding global politics and current affairs. If you were a fan of mine since and before my 2nd place finish on the Voice SA in 2017 you may have been wondering and asking when an album might come out. Well, It seems economic collapse will either make or break you. As all the regular work around the country for musicians dried up and many artists have taken to online busking, @Warehouse21 Studio decided to innovate and set up a closed venue operating under all the government mandated regulations, where show performances can be recorded for online viewing. My good friend Fanie who has mixed and mastered this show shared my demos with @Warehouse21 Studio and they simply said "when can you come in?" I made the choice to use this opportunity as the back bone for an album and had 2 weeks to finish writing some songs and to get a team together who could make the magic happen, so I assembled a group of highly talented musicians that I’ve met and worked with over the years who I felt were the perfect blend to bring my dream to life and they did not disappoint! Jason, Llewellyn, Johan and Louie… what can I say. You guys rock! Thank you! To Fanie for making this possible, you’re a legend dude! @Warehouse21 Studio, your innovation in the arts is the reason I now have my first album and I wish you all as much success as possible as we enter the age of the new 'ab'normal. Where there is a will there is a way and you’re definitely making a way.
