Capetonian one–liner comedian, Yaaseen Barnes, first made a splash as the winner of the Joker's Comedy Championship in 2013. 2014 saw Barnes taking the coveted title of GoodHope FM's Laugh Master, and subsequently performing at the Jive Funny Festival alongside the likes of Trevor Noah, Marc Lottering and Nik Rabinowitz. In the same year he was also nominated for the Comic's Choice Savannah Newcomer of the Year. Perhaps his best–known performance was on Comedy Central, alongside SA favourites like Casper de Vries and Deep Fried Man, in "Comedy Central Presents Divine".

Obakeng Moroe
Obakeng is a witty, energetic and outspoken comedian sharing stories about growing up in Bloemfontein, navigating the city of Cape Town as an outsider and funny stories about his life and failed attempt at becoming a hip-hop star.

Altaaf Sayed, 32 is
a Rylands comedian always enjoyed making bad jokes and playing with puns.
Altaaf grew up in Penlyn Estate with his parents and two older sisters and moved to Rylands around 2008.
He attended Habibia Primary School and SACS High School, then studied business at the University of Cape Town.
He moved to Johannesburg in 2010 and upon returning to Cape Town, started his career as a stand-up comedian at the Armchair Theatre in Observatory during open mic evenings.

Mario Paul Campbell is the comedian behind the viral, Laughter on Lockdown TV, which took social media by storm.
The 38-year- old funnyman, first went live on Facebook on March 21 where he streamed a hour-long show, reeling in the fans and featured
comedic heavyweights including Riaad Moosa and Rodney Perry of the US, better known
as Harold in the Madea movie franchise.

Described by some as “Benjamin Button” and others as ‘Papa Smurf”; pint-sized newbie to the scene Yazeed Solomons might be short in stature, but never short on gags.
Having been on the scene for just over a year, Yazeed has always found the funny through life’s trials and triumphs and delivers a unique comedic performance using observational humour, self-deprecation and political and social satire.
