Join Karen Christian every Monday night for the month of June, for a 4 part series starting on the 7 June.
Secret Studio with Karen is a dive into Self - an inner journey, which is mostly an indoor mat based wellness practice, with an outdoor space for release! Candles & incense fill the air, and create a safe container for You to let go, and allow the magic to unfold - an experience You will remember!

WHEN: Every Monday Night: 7, 14, 21, 28 June
WHERE: The Centre - 9a Main Road, Noordhoek (if you're driving towards Chapmans Peak, it's about 200m after the Silvermine T junction, on the left)
TIME: 6:30pm - 8:00pm (please arrive at 6:15pm to receive your headsets)
THEME: 7th Balance | 14th Stillness | 21st Pause | 28th Being
DRESS CODE: Comfy clothes
WHAT TO BRING: Water bottle, yoga mat, blanket

Secret Studio is a new offering from Secret Sunrise, which allows experienced facilitators to personalise their sessions. The sessions are longer (1.5 hours) and happen on a weekly basis.
