Additional classrooms, overcoming Covid setbacks.

We are an NPO that has grown from 7 children in 2013 to 250 children, 7 grades and 23 staff in 2021. Covid has forced us to social distance and besides the normal additional grade to be added each year we have rotate children on their school days. Building additional classrooms has suddenly become a great need in order to try and bring our children to a nearly normal educational standard.

A classroom costs ZAR 180000-00 (USD 12 304) which is achieved by using local builders and removing the middle man. As our reach is to a rural community in the villages of northern South Africa any capital expenditure cannot be from the the community that we serve.

We appeal to those who feel for those who are not as fortunate as others.
