There is a Superhero within all us! Put your cape on and join us as we dance into October.
YASSSSSS - the theme is Superheroes!
As always, you are welcome to dress up, dress down or to not get dressed for the day ?? Come however you prefer. We won't ask any questions!
New to the SS community?
It's not like anything you have done before....
You will be given headsets on arrival and you will be guided by facilitators to dance and party !
We combine elements of meditation and ecstatic dance. All bodies / ages / genders / fitness levels are welcome.
