"The T-Bone Steak is a piece of meat which must be taken seriously... They're typically juicy, thick cuts that contain meat from two of the most prized cuts of beef - the sirloin and the fillet - T-bone steaks are celebrated as one of the highest quality steaks...


However, such a large piece of meat can be intimidating to braai - and it's easier than you think to overcook or undercooked it... A tasty but tricky cut! I've learned a few tricks and tips along the way which can help you go from T-errible to T-errific when it comes to your next T-Bone Braai."
