ABOUT
Bruce du Plessis’s grandmother was his inspiration to follow a career in food. Bruce was the chef at an international guest house in the Overberg until 2019, since then he is known for his excellent take-aways. Bruce will be cooking his beloved Malay lamb curry, served with homemade roti and sambals. Boeboer and koesisters will round of his offerings.
