11h30 - 12h00: Tea break, Q & A
12h00 - 13h00: Somatic awareness, learn how to tune into your fascia as felt sense, experience the difference to body awareness
13h00 - 14h00: Lunch @ Blended cafe (a selection of delicious, nourishing plant based food)
14h00 - 15h00: The nature of healing, experience simple somatic practices that bring your body into a healing frequency
15h00 - 15h45: Sound journey with TarrynO & Gelda
15h45 - 16h00: Reflection & discussion,
