What's more special than receiving a handmade gift from your friend or family member for Christmas?

To end the year, Matinee Mix presents a Christmas Crafting event.

You will get to assemble and put together three handmade gifts to gift to friends, family or keep for yourself.

Gift packages include:

Treat yo'self package

• Rejuvenating bath salts to soak up, relax those muscles and destress
• Exfoliating sugar scrub to smooth and invigorate the skin
• 2 incense sticks to burn your stress away while you are having a relaxing bath

For the foodie

• Infused vinegar (to use in salad dressings, marinate meat or add to vegetables)
• Nifty lemon zester
• Flavoured Salt

Nou gaan ons braai!

• Braai salt
• Veggie salt
• Braai recipe booklet

Each gift will have supplied gift bags and tags, ready to package and gift to someone special.

What to bring along:

An apron and a pair of scissors

Essential oils (if you would like to add this to your body scrub)

The event takes place at Cafe Barcelona in Colbyn.

Doors open at 10 am and the event strictly starts at 10:30.

Magic Tree books will have a stall selling second-hand books (Get your holiday reads or gift a lovely book).

The Grind Radio will be bringing the Christmas cheer (without the Christmas carols) and playing all the good jams on the day.
