ABOUT

Ease into 2023 with a healing Sound Journey, as you exhale and tune inwards. 

I will gently guide you into a state of deep relaxation with a meditation and the setting of an intention, as you surrender to the frequency of the sound healing instruments. You will experience the beautiful sounds of the Crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls , a monalina, koshi chimes, a zenko drum, rain stick, medicine drum, flow chimes and a gong.

WHAT TO BRING:

• a yoga mat
• blanket
• water bottle
• eye pillow/ hand towel
• dress in warm comfy clothes
