Join us for the next Full Moon

Are you ready to feel your power? Our next Full Moon greets us on the 5th of February, in the energy of the Lion. The Full Moon is always a powerful time of release and manifestation. With Leo running the show, this Full Moon brings us the opportunity to let go of anything not aligned with our joy and our heart. It’s a time to feel who you are and stand firm in your vibration. Feel your strength, clarify what feels good to your soul and decide what adds positive energy into your life with this Full Moon.

Your evening includes:

~Gentle heart opening yoga flow (beginner friendly)

~Breathwork

~Sound journey

~Fire ceremony

~Vegan snacks and Chai

Location: The Sanctuary, 24A Belair Drive

Remember:

Please dress comfortably in clothes you can move in and bring a jersey and socks.

Bring a journal and pen, water bottle and a yoga mat (If you do not have a yoga mat let us know).

Please park inside the sanctuary parking lot, to the left as you come in through the gate.
