Breath of the Earth is about cultivating a relationship with the landscape around you and within you. Through guided inquiry, you’re lead to investigate the earth beneath you and the landscapes of your internal ecosystem.

Guided by Jo from Held, you’re invited to experience the ancient plant teacher of Mayan ceremonial cacao combined with CCB breathwork - where earth medicine meets breath intelligence in a safe space that prioritizes integrity, intention and integration.

The roots of Mayan cacao and their sacred cultural context are honoured and celebrated as centerpiece to this journey.

The journey takes place at @chareldi_studio , a cosy studio nest of healing white light in Wynberg.
