ABOUT

Here is an invitation from Amaeshi Ikechi:

One of the most frequent questions every child gets asked is “what do you want to be when you grow up”. And every child screams out one of the many career titles that has been modelled in different ways as Noble and extremely important in their world.

It was a particularly difficult question for me to answer because of the hardship and poverty I grew up in and around.

Today, I know that life is a lot more that choosing a career part , but instead it entails finding spaces and avenues where the very essence of your being can find expression. This is how we actually get to be world changers and trail blazers.

Music performance is one of the avenues by which I know I am able to pour into my world. I have found that it doesn’t just fulfill me and make me happy that I do what I love; instead I know I become a channel of love and healing when I am in that space.

I hereby invite you to a special encounter with what I have just described . I bring more than great musicians, good composition and all the right notes.
