For this 1 day masterclass, Dingwall will elaborate on his artistic process,

spanning from the conception of ideas to the creation of physical artworks,

providing a comprehensive insight into the making of a fine art series.

This unique opportunity allows attendees to gain invaluable knowledge

directly from the artist himself.

The workshop will feature practical demonstrations, allowing participants

to observe Dingwall's methodology firsthand. From makeup and styling to

lighting and shoot setup, attendees will receive comprehensive guidance on

every aspect of the photo shoot process. With Dingwall's mentorship,

participants will engage in an actual photo shoot, honing their skills in

real-time with the support of experienced professionals.

Additionally, Dingwall will provide invaluable insights into image selection,

post-processing, and basic retouching techniques, ensuring that participants

are equipped to refine their work to professional standards.

Spaces for the workshop are limited, offering an intimate learning environment

conducive to collaboration and skill development.

BIO

Justin Dingwall is a photographic contemporary artist. He is the creator of

photographic series "Albus," "Fly by night," "A seat at the table," "The changing winds,"

and "Rerouted."

His art has been exhibited around the world, and many of his works are in the

permanent collections of museums, institutions, and private collections.

He is represented by galleries in Europe, Australia, and South Africa.

His work has been published both locally and internationally. His commercial clients

include Adobe, MAC Cosmetics, Revlon, Avon, Nike, ABSA bank, Imperial Car, Transact,

Sony, Sasol, and Safair.

During the next few years, he won numerous accolades and international acclaim,

including the IPA – International Photography Awards 2013,

the Sasol New Signatures 2014, and the SA Taxi Foundation Art Award 2015.
