ABOUT

This year’s Women of Worth- Networking event is titled “Dominating: I Am Her!!.” The theme's inspiration was mainly drawn from the stereotype that is associated with women having little to no contribution and their women being overlooked in the professional space. With this theme we would like show women that they can dare themselves to do the unthinkable, reclaim all that women contribute to the professional spaces that has been overlooked and bring dominance by being "Her"!

Our goal for this event is to help women find their purpose and become resilient when working on themselves. It is also to impact at least one woman to start building the future they want now, to be relatable to other women and for an effective networking session.

On a more general view, this is a women empowerment initiative presented by Young Corporate Leaders, with the collaboration of various partners, a first of its kind that redresses the challenges of women and serves as a networking/ inspirational platform, where various successful and high profiled women are invited to attend and give a delivery to the audience of young women that yearn to be influential in their industries. Over the years, we have triumphantly brought in the likes of Celeste Khumalo, Cheryl de la Rey, Tsepiso Makhubedu, Lynette Ntuli, Monhla Hlahla, Palesa Tlholoe, Sibu Mabena et cetera and the 8th Annual WOW Network is due to contain an even more powerful line-up.
