25th AfRES Annual Conference - Kampala, Uganda

The 25th Annual Conference of AfRES, is scheduled for 8th to the 11th September 2026 at Speke Resort Convention Centre, Kampala, Uganda, under the theme: “Transforming African Real Estate for Sustainable Growth and Innovation.” The Event will convene a diverse and high-level mix of stakeholders including academia, real estate and construction professionals, government ministries, departments and agencies, real estate investors, development partners and the wider public. It will serve as a dynamic platform to exchange research and industry knowledge, showcase innovative projects and technologies, explore investment opportunities, address critical sector challenges and forge strategic partnerships that will shape Africa’s built environment and contribute to sustainable real estate development across Africa.
