ABOUT

In this session of the Flavour Academy, we will teach you to cook with beer using the best cooking beer money can buy. We are, of course, referring to La Trappe Birra, a beer brewed by Belgian monks.


While you settle in and get into your aprons, the evening will commence with a "beertail" (A cocktail, but with beer). Now, this is where it gets interesting, we start cooking with beer. You will be the master in the kitchen cooking up a storm preparing fresh mussels, tender calamari, cucumber spaghetti and quadruple chocolate brownies.


Dinner is plated and served, with a paired wine from Eikendal Wines.


We will be hosting you at the Good Food Studio on the corner of William Nicol Drive and Republic Road (Pick and Pay Center). The cooking starts at 17:00 and we should be done by 21:00.
