ABOUT
Act Cape Town presents a new play, performed by our third year actors, written and directed by acclaimed theatre-maker, Nicola Hanekom. Rock-Paper-Scissors brings the shocking event of gun violence common in America to Cape Town. Unsuspecting students' lives are torn apart at Gateway College by a rogue shooter in a gorilla mask. Seven kids are confronted by chaos and evil and what should have been an ordinary day quickly turns into a game of chance to see who lives and who dies. This ensemble play delves into themes of love and courage. When all is said and done, we all just want to live.
