Depression is one of the most misunderstood illnesses today. Many suffer from it without even knowing they do. Some suffer and don't know what to do and the worst is some lose loved ones to depression and never saw it coming.
Join us on the 24th of May at Kelvin's Corner in Woodstock main road, were we will have a panel discussion around the topic. We aim to look at it from the perspective of a person who suffered from depression, a health profession and a spiritual mentor. This allows us to see how each deal with the illness.
