"There are many approaches to training fascia and it's mechanical properties, but the somatic way of tuning into fascia as a felt sense, is the best way to heal the whole."

(Yasmin Lambat)

In this one day workshop you will experience:

Embodied anatomy. A felt sense of fascia and biotensegrity. The body as designed by nature.

Pandiculation - nature's stretch and why it's better for you than a passive stretch.

Why suppleness, bouyancy and bouncebackability have replaced strength and flexibility.

Replacing biomechanics with biotensegirty. There are no levers in the body.

Core integrity versus core stability.

How nature's design is round not linear.

How to replace alignment cues with cueing to the body as designed by nature.

Discover spontaneous, non-linear, spiral movements.

How effortless it is when you discover nature's design.

Why Fascia expert Robert Schliep says that 10 minutes of loading fascia twice a week is enough to keep fascia healthy.

Fascia is our connective tissue, bathed in a gel and is intertwined with the nervous system, making it the largest sensory organ of resonance in the human body.

The nervous system responds to how we think, feel and behave and influences every biological system in the body making Fascia our sensing organ of well-being.

Healing the nervous system through fascia-based movement can release long-held emotional trauma, ease chronic pain and support the body’s ability to self-heal.
