About Bishop Barry Knight

Barry E. Knight is the founder and CEO of BEK Impact Company, a leadership coaching and training, and social impact company that helps leaders and their teams grow as transformational leaders and achieve greater outcomes for the people they serve.


As a minister and servant leader, he coaches, trains, and speaks for leaders in the public, social, and private sector, as well as in churches throughout the U.S. and in countries such as Canada, Mexico, and South Africa. 

Second only to His love for Christ is his love for his wife, Sacheen Erica Knight. They are the proud parents of two sons, B.J. (13) and Charles Edward (10), and one daughter, Sydnei Erica (6). It is Barry's desire to live full and die empty; helping others get to where God desires them to be and also fulfilling everything that God has placed him on earth to do.  


About Dr Judy Dlamini

Dr Judy Dlamini MBChB(Natal) DOH(UFS)MBA(Wits) DBL(UNISA)


Dr Judy Dlamini is the founder and executive Chairman of the Mbekani Group. She is the former Chairman of Aspen Pharmacare Limited (Aspen) a JSE-listed South African pharmaceutical manufacturer with an extensive global presence with product distribution in more than 120 countries. Mbekani celebrated 20 years in business in 2016.


Judy qualified as a medical doctor in 1985 from the University of Natal and practised clinical medicine for 13 years. After completing her MBA, having majored in Corporate Finance, she joined HSBC Investment Bank, Johannesburg division, in Corporate Finance. In 2014 she obtained a Doctorate in Business Leadership from UNISA where she investigated the intersection of race, gender and social class in women CEOs’ career progression and strategies for gender transformation at leadership level.

She is the recipient of the African Economy Builder Lifetime Achiever Award for 2016 from African Economy Builder Forum; The Global CEO’s 2016 Africa’s Most Influential Women in Business and Government SADC South award for the Business and Professional Services sector at regional and national level, The 2018 AWCA Woman of Substance Award and the 2018 UNISA’s Leadership In Practice Award. She received an Honorary Doctorate in 2018 from Nelson Mandela University and one from University of Kwa-Zulu Natal in 2019. She is the author of “Equal but Different: Women Leaders’ Life Stories”, which was published in 2016 and ‘’The Other Story’’ published in 2019.


She’s a mother, wife and grandmother to Makeda and Mansa.


About the Guest Musician: Dumza Maswana

Dumisani Maswana a.k.a Dumza is a name that is sending a strong message to all the music lovers. He is a special gem who is full of smoke and passion for what he does. Born in the Eastern Cape, he started singing at the tender age of 9 and has sang for various church choirs at a number of conventions, competitions and festivals.


His debut album 'Iphupha Lam' has hit the entertainment industry by storm. The album was produced by Vukile Koli and Dumza himself and was recorded using a full band. He is considered by many a very humble and down to earth artist, with a lot of respect and trust in his African culture and religion.


He has performed alongside artists like MXO, Loyiso Bala, Sliq Angel, Tshepo Tshola, Ringo, Martin Phike, Mafikizolo, Kelly Khumalo, Siphokazi, Jaziel Brothers and Ntando to a few. In 2005, he shared the stage with internationally acclaimed Kenny Lattimore and Chante Moore.


His music is play-listed across a number of national and regional radio stations.
