On the 10th of July 2019 Jarette Petzer Consulting Services in conjunction with Roberts Incorporated and Ooba, will be flying real estate trainer Paul Davies in from Johannesburg for a full day of beginner/ intermediate training for both sales and rental agents on all matters related to Sectional Title, from new and existing laws to responsibilities and ownership between agents, owners and body corporates.
There are a lot of complexities regarding Sectional Title, far more than what we find in selling or letting of freehold property. This training, focused on beginner and intermediate property practitioners will zone in on new and existing sectional title law, important questions to ask both property owners and body corps, what to look out for in the financials & AGM minutes. We will also be taking a look at what belongs to the owner, and what belongs to the body corporate!
