ABOUT

South Africa’s longest-running film festival - and the largest film festival on the African continent - the Durban International Film Festival generally runs across 12 days towards the end of July, presenting over 180 screenings of current films from around the world, with a strong focus on South African and African cinema. Screenings take place throughout Durban, its surrounding township areas, and for the first time ever, at Molo Mollo in Pretoria Central.

Molo Mollo in collaboration with DIFF will be hosting a one-night-only satellite event in Pretoria. Hosted on the rooftop of Molo Mollo House and set against the Pretoria cityscape, the satellite event will feature screenings of some of the top short films selected for this year’s festival.
