ABOUT

Plant Based 101 Cape Town

In 2019, veganism made it into mainstream media with the help of documentaries like The Game Changers. So you’re trying to go more plant-based, but now what? What do you eat? Where do you get your protein from? How do you possibly navigate the supermarket?

We’re hoping to answer all of these questions and a lot more at our Plant Based 101 event, just in time for Veganuary. If you’re not yet on the plant-based train, that’s okay too! Our event is open to everyone interested in a plant-based diet and will be especially helpful to anyone taking the Veganuary pledge this January.
