For a woofing, chirping, and meowing good time for the whole family, come visit our 2019 Gauteng Pet Expo. Four-legged & 2-legged friends can receive "spa treatments" from local groomers, sample delicious treats, and try on the latest in furry fashions; their humans will enjoy interacting with top trainers and learning pet-care tips from animal welfare organizations and other professionals. Watch your dogs swim or cool-off in one of our pools after walking around with you or perhaps doing an obstacle course or one of the other activities on the day. Yes, you also have to be part of the course #teamwork.
Rounding out the list of activities is an agility demonstration, pet talent and costume shows, and an exciting pet/owner look-alike contest! The highlight of the event is definitely the adoptable animals showcased by area non-profit rescue groups-- who knows, you may just come home with a new family member!
There will be something for your kids too. Think giant inflatables, facepainting, sandart and lots more. And we haven't forgotten about you. There will be plenty of food stalls both for you and your furry loved ones. Sit down while one of the singers and other performers entertain you on both days. Scared of your car being stolen. You literally can park inside the grounds on one of the rugby fields watching your car in most cases!
