JMT Global Youth Initiative

ABOUT

YouthMAX is a global leadership initiative facilitated by the John Maxwell Team and Coaches with the goal of empowering today’s young people (ages 13-19) with practical tools and leadership skills to help them navigate life. During the month of October, Fructified Creations will be hosting complimentary YouthMax Mastermind through a series of four sessions:

• Developing a Positive Self Image
• Learning to Fail Forward to Success
• Stand up and be Counted (Stop Bullying)
• Developing Strong Personal Character

Parents/Guardians and Teachers please register your teenagers to participate in this Global Youth Initiative. These complimentary sessions will run consecutively for a period of 4 weeks and will be conducted online through Zoom class for a duration of 2hrs per session. The sessions are designed to accommodate about 10 - 13 participants at one time providing personal development for the youth that will:

• Increase confidence, allowing them to better perform in school and life
• Increase soft skills, helping them better prepare for post-secondary education or the workforce
• Increase communication skills with adults, setting them apart from their peers
• Increase ability to develop critical thinking and collaboration skills
• Include tools and other materials for participants to keep, further enhancing their experience and growth
