ABOUT
Body Balancing 2020 is a series of 4 talks connecting people deeply with their bodies and specific organs for deep healing. Each talk will encourage audience participation incorporating an inner journey into and discussion about the activation, support and restoration of these organ.
During this workshop, we will use tools such as yoga nidra, meditation, music and personalised dietary information. We will test our pH levels, use mirrors to observe our tongues as well as look at the function of our nails.
Each week we will discuss methods of regenerative tools to create homeostasis at a mind, body and spiritual level focusing on a specific organ ie. liver, lymphatics, stomach, gut, kidneys and heart.
During this workshop, participants will be looking at their own systems and we will use the shared time using bio resonance equipment to test for food intolerances, heavy metal poisons and look at how each person can themselves get their systems alkaline, robust and correctly detoxed.
We will focus on the liver in the first talk.
Liver Cleaning:
The cellular system and body tissues have an accumulated amount of toxic waste. This is due to years of environmental pollution, food additives, viruses, germs, poor nutrition and pharmaceutical. The lived has to filter out these poisons out the blood. In order to open up the bile ducts and help the liver to release accumulated poisons, cleansing the liver, by means of a liver flush is very important.
Using an Ayurvedic formula, this process is done overnight in the comfort of your home. If you have any of the symptoms listed below, your liver is in need of a good cleansing:
Depression
Skin disorders such as acne, eczema, psoriasis
Chronic fatigue
Food cravings
Liver spots
Osteoporosis
Digestive disorders
Haemorrhoids
High cholesterol
