What is SoundScape?

A SoundScape is a soothing meditative experience designed to settle the 3 known tensions - Physical tension, mental tension and emotion tension.

Participants are invited to lay on their back on comfortable bedding they them-selves have provided. Once settled Participants are guided through a series of relaxation techniques to further ground and settle physically. They are then taken on a musical journey performed with live instrumentation.

Participants are encouraged to visualize their own healing process in association to the sounds and frequencies perceived. Individuals may encounter some warming and cooling colours behind their eye lids, they might drift off into a dream like state, or may be carried by a specific sound to a distant memory that may have been forgotten. In this dream like state you may encounter your own higher nature, instinctively directing your own healing thoughts. The first step is giving your self the opportunity to listen for it and finding the right space in which to source it.

This experience is guided by Paul Boyter & Tracey Mathews

who play a range of world instruments which include hand-pan, didgeridoo, mono chord, Tibetan singing bowls and others.
