ABOUT
Archetypes. A concept introduced by the Carl Jung, who believed that archetypes were models of people, behaviours, or personalities, and that these inborn tendencies influence human behaviour.
During this workshop we will use the archetypes of Greek gods and goddesses as a fun and insightful way to:
- Gain more self-awareness
- Explore behaviour, shadows, wounds, gifts and challenges
- Receive insight about how it affects our relationships
- Explore how it shows up physically
- Learn how we embody these archetypes – and how to change it
- Advance our spiritual journey
