During these chaotic times we want to reach out to all of you and let you know, that although we are advised, as of this evening, to stay home in order to #flattenthecurve we will be moving our classes to a digital channel and we will still be hosting our classes via the online platform called Zoom, all you need is your phone or laptop, an internet connection and the Zoom Meeting Code which we will send out.

3 classes weekly as per the usual scheduled times and days, classes available on the events as usual.

If you do not have a rebounder at home, we will be hiring ours out for a refundable deposit of R100 each.

We are also offering morning classes for those moms and dads that want to keep the kiddies active and during their elongated holiday period.
