ABOUT

iPad support for students with dyslexia

Join our hands-on, practical workshop.

Dyslexia poses barriers to learning for students. Just like each student is an individual, dyslexia affects each child in a unique way. Teachers and parents have to learn how to assist each child with their unique reading difficulty. The versatility of the iPad and the specialised apps that have been developed for the iPad can create individualised solutions at home and in the classroom.

Join us for a hands-on workshops that will assist teachers and parents to use 21st century technology as a solution. This solution will help create dyslexia friendly content and identify suitable apps for the individual learning process. We will also explore the iPad’s built-in functions to assist with reading of text.
