ABOUT
AQUA MOVES is a powerful water-based modality conducted in a heated indoor pool. Using a fusion of music and relaxing movements the facilitator gently guides the group on a journey that integrates the natural flow of water and body inducing states of deep relaxation and connection.This men-only session offers a space to let go of stress and feel the support and brotherhood of the group. A space of rejuvenation and connection to the essence the masculine.
This is a "Brotherhood Connection" – a space of respect and we use water envelope, protect and connect. Water is life and very much ALIVE!
Bring your costume, towel and the willingness to dissolve into bliss.
