Sitting at the family dinner table as a teenager, Jade was bemused to hear her father announce that he intended to open a chain of beauty salons called Sorbet. Little did she know then that the idea would serve as her springboard into the stratosphere of South African business. In ten years, as the Marketing Manager of the Group, Jade has helped transform the brand into a household name, focusing on the importance of having a strong brand purpose. 

Today, Sorbet has over 200 stores, but Jade is far from done. The lessons learned have prompted her to share her ideas with young marketers, women leaders, inspiring entrepreneurs and big brands alike.

In addition to her business insights, Jade also provides a necessary dose of humanity in her talks. As a mother of three, she understands the critical work/family dynamic. As a founding member of the Sorbet Empowering Women Foundation, Jade is passionate about up-skilling South African women.
