"I have done a Secret Sunrise before, but never on the beach. What an awesome experience. Im batling with an attemted break in at my house a week ago, and I never thought when I booked this, I would need this so much. Facilitators were great. I could close my eyes and deal with my own emotions. I made peace with my fear. I felt sad, laughed, and spread love ? in one session. How awesome is that!! Thanks to all the organizers. "An ecstatic way to start the day! Would have loved it even more if there could have been a bit of free dance just with the music and without the voice of the wonderful and exuberant facilitators just for a a few songs/tunes after the immersion and before the wind down. To savour that experience of the 'rites of passage' - managing to immerse oneself in the winter ocean for 7 minutes, surrounded by such beautiful and privileged early morning splendour! However, a gloriously wonderful event and will definitely be back for more. "
