"Thanks to this series I am now a regular cold water swimmer and hoping to do it all through winter. The hosts have such an infectious energy and have been blessed to do 4 of them already so have had different hosts and they are all excellent. I do wish it could go longer than an hour as it's over so quickly. Awesome feeling childlike again and just getting rid of every day stress. I can highly recommend this."
