OUR STORY
Capitol Cinemas was inspired by the once upon a time “Capitol Theaters” which was built back in the 1930’s, in Pretoria. This Italian Renaissance design of the theater was designed by “P. Rogers Cooke” and the actual building only started getting built when architect, P. Rogers Cooke, returned from England on 14 December 1930.

"I do not go to the movies offen, hardly ever, but I will definitely visit Capital Cinema's again. Staff was friendly, very helpful, explained EVERYTHING cleary. The most unexpected thing was that it did not feel like I'm buying share in the company. I did not pay an arm & a leg to go & watch a movie. They are really adorable, especially if you go in a group. Cinema's are clean & neat. Really had a good time watching an awesome movie, the 15 minutes they were late with screening were worth it ?? "
