"Although the event was scheduled for 3 hours, the course lasted 6+ hours. Throughout the training was great banter and information sharing. Jakes is a master of his craft and spent much time explaining the small details and the bigger picture. I thoroughly enjoyed the interaction, the need to concentrate all the time and my fellow student's hilarious comments, some too much to repeat. A good day's entertainment and knowledge sharing. "
