There was a group of five ladies that did the course with Jakes. He was very patient with us and we were all very proud of our lazy suzan turntables when we left. He made the class fun and explained every step of the process to make sure we understood what was required. "Although the event was scheduled for 3 hours, the course lasted 6+ hours. Throughout the training was great banter and information sharing. Jakes is a master of his craft and spent much time explaining the small details and the bigger picture. I thoroughly enjoyed the interaction, the need to concentrate all the time and my fellow student's hilarious comments, some too much to repeat. A good day's entertainment and knowledge sharing. "
